ZipQ is an AI orchestration platform. It connects a cloud-hosted chat interface to agents that can take actions on your behalf, including on services you connect and, optionally, on your local machine via the ZipQ desktop runtime.

Account information. Your email address and authentication credentials, managed through our auth provider.

Conversation content. Messages you send and the agent responses you receive are stored so your conversations persist across sessions. Conversation state lives in Cloudflare's durable infrastructure.

Connected service data. When you connect a third-party service, ZipQ stores the OAuth credentials needed to act on your behalf and the data the agent retrieves while completing your requests.

Usage and telemetry. Basic product usage signals to understand how the platform is used and where it breaks.

ZipQ does not sell your data or use your conversation content to train models. When you use the local desktop runtime, work that stays on your machine is not transmitted to our servers unless an agent explicitly produces an artifact or result that is sent back to the cloud conversation.

Your browser communicates with ZipQ's cloud backend. The cloud backend routes requests to AI models and, when you've enabled it, to the local desktop runtime on your machine. Artifacts and conversation state are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure under your account.

ZipQ uses Cloudflare for compute and storage, and a small set of infrastructure providers for authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. We do not share your conversation content beyond what is necessary to fulfill a request you've made.

You can delete conversations from within the product. Deleting a conversation removes the stored messages and any associated artifacts. Account deletion removes all data tied to your account.
